To date, this strategy has resulted in the award of Rabigh IWSPP, Shuaibah IWPP, Shuaibah Expansion IWP, Marafiq Jubail IWPP and Shuqaiq IWPP and Rabig IPP.  In addition API has also developed the world first and second sea going barge mounted, self contained desalination plants that each produce 25,000m3/day which can be rapidly relocated to provide fresh water to coastal towns.
