Dr Cordelia Rampley is the CTO and a co-founder of Oxford Molecular Biosensors. She has developed and applied new biosensor technology during her PhD in engineering sciences at the University of Oxford and has over 12 years’ experience in environmental assessment utilising molecular biosensors with a focus on nanomaterials and environmental toxins.

Having since completed her MBA, she is using her experience to convert the cutting-edge research in OMB into commercially applicable products. She has won and managed several high-value research projects linking industry and academia, including an international biosensor development project and two Innovate UK projects to develop the biosensor technology and associated infrastructure for commercial application.
