1. Where do I collect my badge onsite?
   Badge Collection Counters are located on Level 3 and operating hours are shown in the table below. For Delegate Day Pass holders, onsite badge collection is on specified day only.

2. Where can I find my registration details?
   Your registration confirmation, along with your unique QR code, has been emailed to you at the email address used for registration. Please bring along a digital or print copy of your unique QR code to collect your badge onsite at the self-check-in counters on Level 3.
   
   Should you require assistance onsite, please approach our Help Desk located at Registration on Level 3. If you have other registration enquiries prior to the event, please email registration@siww.com.sg.

3. Is onsite registration available?
   Onsite registration is available during the event period.

1. Where is the event venue?
   SIWW2024 is held at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956.

2. What is the dress code for the event?
   Shirt without tie (jacket optional) for gentlemen, equivalent for ladies.

3. Is this event open to public?
   SIWW2024 is open to stakeholders from governments, cities, utilities, and industry of the global water community.

4. How do I get to SIWW2024?
   Self-drive: Limited car parking is available at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
   
   Present your SIWW2024 event badge at the following locations for a parking coupon that entitles you to a concessionary rate of S$8.56 for full day parking at Marina Bay Sands. Each badge entitles you to 1 coupon per day.

   Public transport: The venue is located at Bayfront MRT station (CE1/DT16), you may access to the Sands Expo & Convention Centre via Exit C or Exit E.
   
   Shuttle bus: Round trip shuttle service will be provided daily between PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay and Sands Expo & Convention Centre during the event hours. Refer to the bus schedule here.

5. Will meals be provided?
   Delegate full pass holders will have morning and afternoon coffee/ tea breaks and lunch provided. Delegate full pass holders are required to wear the official SIWW2024 event badge for admission to all sessions, Water Expo, networking functions and meals.

6. Is there complimentary WiFi at the event?
   Attendees can connect to ‘Marina Bay Sands’ network for free wireless internet access.

7. Will the sessions be recorded and made available to attendees?
   Selected sessions will be recorded and made available for viewing on SIWW+, our digital technology and innovation resource hub, about 72 hours after the session. Simply sign up for a free SIWW+ account to access the session recordings.

8. Where is the SIWW2024 Water Expo located and what are its opening hours?
   The Water Expo is located at B2 (Hall D, E, F) and L1 (Hall A). Its opening hours are as follows:

10. Where can I locate the floorplans for the event?
    Floorplans are available here (scroll to the bottom left).

11. How can I log in to the SIWW2024 Business Matching Platform?
    All registered attendees will receive a separate email containing your login credentials to the Platform from SIWW Concierge. If you have not received the email, please reach out to SIWW Concierge at sally@siww.com.sg.
    
    Once log in to the Platform, you can access the latest SIWW2024 programme and floorplan, favourite sessions and plan your agenda, initiate business meetings to connect and schedule one-on-one meetings with like-minded water professionals, discover sponsors and exhibitors, and more!

12. What are the entry requirements for Singapore?
    Overseas delegates are reminded to submit the SG Arrival Card within three (3) days (including the day of arrival) of arrival into Singapore and should comply with the prevailing Entry Requirements. Click here to submit online.
