Steven has over two decades of experience working closely with governments and industry to help them understand weather and climate risks, across a range of sectors including water, energy and the agriculture. He works in the UK and internationally with recent work in South East Asia and East Africa. He is an International Hydromet Advisor to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology in Myanmar (World Bank funded) and also an Independent Environment Advisor to Severn Trent Water Forum (Customer Challenge Group).
