Mr Foo Say Tun is CEO at ZWEEC. He has been the Independent Chairman/Director of various listed companies including Jubilee Industries Holdings Ltd., MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd, Sino Techfibre Ltd., Qingmei Group Holdings Limited and Fu Yu Corporation Limited. He was a member of the Disciplinary Committee under the Legal Profession Act and has been an instructor with the Board of Legal Education. He was appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of Audit and Nominating Committees. Mr Foo Say Tun was a partner of Messrs Wee, Tay & Lim, where he practiced primarily in civil and commercial litigation. He had previously practiced litigation with David Lim & Partners LLP, and Messrs Lim Seong Chun & Co. Mr Foo Say Tun graduated from the University of East Anglia in England with an LLB (Honours) degree. He was admitted to the Bar of England & Wales as a Barrister-at-law, gained admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and admitted to the Singapore bar in 1995.
