Jaemin has been in the water industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Jaemin was involved in developing and implementing water supply, sewerage, water resources, and hydropower projects in 15 different countries. In his current role at ADB, Jaemin led the regional technical assistance on promoting smart drinking water management in South Asian countries and undertook the financial and economic evaluation of more than 60 projects financed by ADB.

Jaemin is currently implementing the Khulna Sewerage System Development Project in Bangladesh as the mission leader. Jaemin holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a dual-bachelor’s degree in Law and Arts.
