Julian is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years of international civil engineering experience, gained from both the design office and construction sites. Julian has directed, designed, and supervised of a range of US$ multi-million marine, coastal, transportation and civil infrastructure engineering projects, via both traditional, and design and build procurement, in the United Kingdom, Europe the Middle East and Asia. His experience is focused on marine and coastal engineering/modelling of structures including ports, breakwaters, sea-locks/gates and marinas, but includes bridges, highways, rail, airports, utilities, ground investigations/engineering, structures, retail, contract administration, site supervision, and claims analysis and adjudication.
