General Manager, Khmer Water Supply Holdings (KWSH)

William joined KWSH as General Manager in June 2018, a private water utility committed to expanding access to clean and affordable piped water across rural Cambodia. Previously, William worked on project management and deal pipeline as a Consultant for OBOR Capital (including being seconded as Acting GM at GAEA, a waste management firm based in Siem Reap). William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Management and a Master’s Degree in International Development.
