Mr Edwin LAU is a civil engineer by profession and a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He has obtained MSc in Engineering and Environmental Management from the University of Hong Kong. Mr LAU has been working in the Drainage Services Department (DSD) for over 20 years and involved in various stages of planning, design and construction of different drainage and sewerage projects. Currently, Mr LAU is the Chief Engineer/Land Drainage of DSD, overseeing flood control strategy, drainage system planning, water revitalization and climate change in the department.
