Chief Engineer of Network Services, Water Supply Network Department (WSN) since 2019. James has been in PUB for 12 years now. James previously led the construction of the Stamford Diversion Canal and Stamford Detention Tank, alleviating flooding in Singapore’s busiest shopping district.

James currently oversees the team that manages the water supply network ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of the entire pipe network around Singapore for both domestic and industrial customers.

His team carries out regular operations and maintenance of the network 24/7 to ensure good customer service.
