Lucia is an experienced non-executive director with a professional engineering and commercial background. Her board portfolio spans utilities, advanced manufacturing, waste recycling, energy research and investment. She has previous professional experience in engineering, executive and advisory roles in infrastructure, utilities and professional services working in global technical services, listed companies, significant government organisations and private enterprises.

She is a Director of Engineers Australia and sits on the Engineering Dean’s advisory Council for Monash University. Other directorships include Chair South East Water, Chair Paintback, Director Carbon Revolution, FLAIM and the Future Fuels CRC.

In 2018 Lucia was honoured as the Distinguished Alumnus for the Faculty of Engineering at Monash University and in 2019 as their Civil Engineering Alumnus of the Year.
