Michael has been the Managing Director of the Water Information Sharing and Analysis Center (WaterISAC) since 2008. Michael is also the Chief Operating Officer of the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies (AMWA), where he has worked since 1995. Relying on partnerships and collaboration, Michael and his team of threat analysts deliver of steady flow of actionable and practical physical and cyber security resources to water and wastewater utilities. In the past, Michael worked for then-U.S. Sen. John Breaux and served as an intelligence specialist in the U.S. Navy. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
