Honorable Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh & Chief Executive Officer of Public Private Partnership Authority (PPPA)

Previously, she was the Additional Secretary and Chief of United Nations Wing at Economic Relations Division (ERD) in the Ministry of Finance. She also served as a diplomat (Economic Counsellor) in the Bangladesh Embassy, Rome. Ms. Afroz obtained her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government (KSG), Harvard University, USA in 1996.
