Adam Telfer

Mr. Adam Telfer serves as Operations Manager for Canyon Regional Water Authority (CRWA). He has over 20 years of water and wastewater utilities operational experience. He came to CRWA after serving as General Manager of Bexar County Water Control and Improvement District (WCID) #10 for two years. He started his utility career in Monmouth, Oregon.His responsibilities there revolved around water, wastewater and water reuse. His CRWA experience requires management of two surface water membrane filtration treatments plants and one groundwater treatment facility. Its facilities have a combined capacity of 40 million gallons per day (MGD). Its wholesale service area covers over six (6) Central Texas counties. Adam is known for his innovative approach to problem solving, including computer modeling, drone photography, and analytical research.
