Based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, when a conductive liquid passes through an electromagnetic flowmeter, an induced electromotive force is generated in the conductor. The magnitude of the induced electromotive force is proportional to the flow rate of the conductive liquid, magnetic induction intensity, and the inner diameter of the flowmeter.
