C & S Brand Australian Granular and Powdered Activated Carbons are coal-based, high-temperature steam activated, extensively used for water and waste water treatment, environmental remediation and PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) amongst a range of other organic and inorganic compounds.
Setting a benchmark in quality and performance, we manufacture our Activated Carbon range to premium standards. They feature a range of exceptional attributes, including a high internal surface area, rapid diffusions kinetics, greater loading capacity and optimal mesh sizing.

Packaging
- We shrink wrap and pack C&S Brand Activated Carbon products in pallets – 24 x 65L (20kg) in multiwall paper sacks for domestic and 20 x 65L (20kg) for export.
- Additionally, 1.4m3 (400kg) bulk bags suitable for crane or forklift handling are available in 2 x 400kg pallets for domestic use or export.
- We can pack to specific requirements and the above is our stock listed items.
Product compliance
Our Activated Carbon range generally adheres to ANSI/American Water Works Association Standard B604, with no soluble inorganic or organic quantities capable of producing deleterious or injurious effects upon the health of water consumers.
Additionally, the product complies and is certified with NSF 61 standard for components used in drinking water systems.
