UHASB® up-flow hydrolysis acidification sludge bioreactor can be used to treat various concentrations of industrial wastewater. The wastewater is introduced into a high-density sludge expansion bed through an adjustable distribution system, achieving comprehensive and high-intensity mixing of sludge and water. The unique mixed liquid recirculation system is employed to separate the sludge from the water, ensuring clear effluent in the clean water zone. Typically positioned at the front end of the process flow, it can be used to address issues such as non-com- pliant effluent from industrial wastewater treatment plants in industrial parks, high treatment costs, and upgrading to meet standards.
