All registered delegates would have received a confirmation email containing your QR code at the point of registration. Please bring along either a digital or printed copy of your QR code for badge collection onsite. For assistance, please email registration@siww.com.sg.

Badge and token collection counter is located at the Ballroom Foyer. The token will be used for event polling and for gift redemptions.

For attendees of Utilities CEO Roundtable & Young Water Leaders Programme (by-invitation only):

Gift collection & token return counter is located at the Ballroom Foyer.

Delegates can collect your reusable shatterproof ceramic tumbler (STTOKE brand) sponsored by Meiden upon your badge collection.

Delegates collect your NEWBrew (PUB’s uniquely crafted beer made from NEWater) souvenir pack at the end of event, upon return of the token.

The dress code is jacket without tie for gentlemen, and equivalent for ladies.

For Spotlight dinner, the dress code is smart casual. Attire with botanical/floral prints is encouraged.

The hotel provides two levels of basement parking, subject to availability.

All meals served at the event are no pork, no lard with vegetarian options available.

Alcoholic beverages will be served at the Welcome Reception and Spotlight Dinner.

For delegates attending SIWW Spotlight 2023 networking dinner on 5 June 2023, complimentary shuttle bus services will be provided.
