Ong Lee Ching

Deputy Director, PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency

Ong Lee Ching is Deputy Director at PUB Singapore. She leads and manages the detailed design & construction of Common & Electrical Instrumentation & Controls work of Tuas Water Reclamation Plant. Lee Ching has extensive experience in design, construction and operation and maintenance in water reclamation plant. Lee Ching involved in the construction of Changi Reclamation Plant (CWRP) and subsequent smart and ICA lead at CWRP. In addition, she was in SgWA, Singapore Water Academy, curating the program and training for used water engineering. She is a registered Chartered Engineer (Env and Water Engineering) and a member of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
