Delph Mak is the client development director of decision intelligence solutions in Xylem, a leading global water solutions provider. In her role, she is responsible for accelerating the business growth in the Asia Pacific region through providing digital solutions that are tailored to solve customers’ unique challenges. She is a thought leader in digital water, committed to drive successful digital transformation initiatives for the sustainability sector. In addition, she leads the company’s global youth initiative, Xylem Ignite, focusing on nurturing the next generation of water leaders.

Prior to Xylem, Delph had led several digital transformation and business process re-engineering projects for multinational corporations as a management consultant in Deloitte Consulting. She had also worked in an industry development role with PUB, Singapore’s national water agency where she supported local water companies to venture into India and Africa markets. Having an entrepreneurial streak, she was previously in a business strategy role for a water start-up in Boston, USA, and developed go-to-market strategies for power plant applications.

Delph has accumulated very diverse career experiences in both business and technical roles across multiple industries including water, energy and biopharmaceutical. She holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and also has a Chemical Engineering background.
