Dr Park Won Cheol

Dr Park Won Cheol started working for K-water in 1988 and became the Investment General Manger of Overseas Business Department in January 2009. He was part of an overseas dispatch to Pakistan in October 2009. In 2012, he was promoted to General Director of Overseas Business Department. On 1 December 2016, he took on the role of Vice President & Chief Business Officer of the Overseas Business Division.

In 1988, Dr Park Won Cheol obtained a B.A. in Civil Engineering at Yeungnam University, Gyongsan, Korea. In 2004, he obtained a M.A. in Urban Engineering at UNESCO-IHE, Delft, Netherlands. In 2016, he obtained a Ph.D. in Construction and Environmental Engineering at Kongju University, Kongju, Korea.
